Your items are so familiar to my memory. My mother was a good cook. She was mother to her 7 siblings from the age of 12 and then raised a large family of her own. Okay so, hear me out. My fiance's name is Rachel and she is also from Texas. I'm not sure how facebook's algorithm put those two facts together and brought me to your little shop, but boy howdy am I glad it did. I bought corn relish, and the tropical storm jam. Both are TO DIE FOR. This relish is amazing on hot dogs! I plan to shop again very soon.

The flavor is great, the kernels are a bit chewy and tough, not crunchy like I expected so i dont eat it right out the jar. I added it to tuna salad, I mixed it with cornbread batter....it's very versatile. I'd buy again.

Corn relish and beets are good. Mom use to can a lot, same flavor as yours. Way better than the pickled beets in a tin can with only straight vinegar.

I had some potatoes laying around and had my husband grill some burgers. I decided to make potato salad and I normally add celery and some onions. I was going to use the corn relish on my burger but then I thought “why not add some to the potato salad?!” It was the BEST decision ever!!!!! I make a good potato salad but this relish elevated it to something divine!!!! I will definitely be ordering this again just like ordered the Hot Chow Chow!!! Love everything I have tried so far!

As I said in another review, the recipe and seasoning is great, but I found the corn to be a bit tough and chewy - not that touch of sweetness at all. So I most likely will not order that again.
